It’s very easy, just visit the Legacy rewards, present your valid government issued photo ID and ask our friendly representative for your win/loss statement.
If you need a copy of a W2G tax form, you will need to call 1-800-903-3353. Ask for a copy of the W2G form and come to the casino with your valid government-issued photo ID to pick it up.
