Eagle Mountain Casino is actively committed to supporting our community by supporting various causes through donations and/or sponsorships. To be considered, please review the guidelines below and submit your request accordingly.
NOTE: Our donations committee meets once monthly and donations are considered in the order in which they are received.
- Key Guidelines
- Submit a MINIMUM of 60 days in advance of when funds/items are needed. Late requests will not be considered.
- Requests are reviewed monthly and in the order received. Please allow up to 4 weeks for a response
- Graphic/print requests require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice
- Approval is not guaranteed
- Requests must be complete, including a valid W-9 with all relevant sections completed
- Eligibility
- Limited to organizations & events within Kern & Tulare Counties
- As a 21+ venue, our ability to support events primarily attended by youth is limited. For youth-related requests, please consider the Tule River Cares Program
