Every Sunday fifteen (15) random Legacy Reward members will be drawn to win a share of up to $54,000 in bonus,
cash and prizes
Drawings will be conducted within the Power Kiosk Management System. All prizes are funded by the Casino Marketing Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Guests will receive one virtual drawing entry for every 10 Tier Points earned on the day of the drawing.
•  Drawing entries must be earned on the day of the drawing between 8am to 7:59pm

DRAWING ACTIVATION

• Entry activation will begin at 8am- and end at 7:59pm. Earned entries will automatically activate
  participation into drawings.

DRAWING

• A Total of fifteen (15) qualified Legacy Reward Members will be drawn every Sunday.
• 5 Legacy Members will be called at the hours of 12pm, 4pm, and 8pm
•  All Guests will come up in the order they were drawn and will throw a ball at a turkey. Once a guest hits a
  turkey, they will approach the one they hit and pull a string, which will then reveal a toy cooked turkey
  with the prizes attached to it
  •  Prizes Range Bonus Cash/Chips $500- $1,000 Bonus Cash/Chips
•  All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
•  Guests will have 3 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to the Yokuts Coffee House.
•  If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners
  are declared.
•  Once all winners are present, they will play in the order they were drawn.
• If guests are handicapped/have health issues, they can request for someone to play for them

PAYOUTS

• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator, or Marketing Management will verify and process
  all payouts through Synkros.
• Bonus chip winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
• Guests must redeem the voucher at the main cage.
• Bonus cash will be issued to the winner’s account.
• The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate
   in this Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have a valid form of government-issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their
   Legacy Rewards Club account to claim the prize.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
   notice.
4. The Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
5. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino
   Operations Policies and Procedures, section 16.0 Guest Disputes.
