QUALIFICATIONS

Monthly:

• Starting January 30^th and the 30^th of each month thereafter, Including February 28^th, if guest earns qualifications below
  • Earn 10 tier points
    • Guest will receive a lapel Pin and Lanyard (1 Lanyard per guest while supplies last)

  Each month will feature a different collectable Lapel Pin. (If lost no replacement will be issued)

Weekly:

Starting in January, Wed-Sun of each week guests who meet the weekly qualifications below or a sum equaling 30 tier points. Will be eligible to claim a gift.

• Earn 10 tier points,
• Spends $10 retail shop (Cash or Card purchases only)
• Spends $10 in any food venue (Cash or Card purchases only)
• Once guest has met the qualifications they will be toured in Synkros (1 per guest / per week)

• 8am –1:59am (while Legacy Rewards Desk is Open)

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in the promotion and to receive prizes.
2. Must have valid a form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
4. Legacy Rewards Card must be used at the time of all purchases.
5. The Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this event.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
