DETAILS

Every Saturday, one (1) random Legacy Rewards member will be drawn to win $20,000 Cash. A total of $80,000 Cash
will be awarded throughout the promotion.
Drawings will be conducted within the Power Kiosk Management System.
All prizes are funded by the Casino Marketing Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Guests must earn ten (10) Tier Points and activate one (1) entry on the promotional kiosk from Monday
  through Saturday to qualify for the weekly Cashgiving $80K Giveaway drawing.
  • Monday – Saturday
• Guests will receive one (1) qualifying Cashgiving entry after earning points each day mentioned above.
• Guests must collect/activate all six (6) qualifying entries during the same promotional week to be eligible
  for that Saturday’s Cashgiving drawing.
• Once all six (6) qualifying entries have been earned and activated, the guest will automatically be entered
  into the Cashgiving drawing.
• Qualifying entries do not carry over from week to week.

DRAWING ACTIVATION

Entry activation will begin at 8am and end at 9:59pm. Earned entries will automatically activate
participation in the drawing.

DRAWING

• At 10pm, one (1) qualified random Legacy Rewards member will be drawn to win $20,000 Cash.
  •  Prize: $20,000 Cash each Saturday.
• The winner must be present to claim the prize.
• The drawn winner’s full name will be announced over the PA system.
• Guests will have 3 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to the Yokuts Coffee House.
• If the drawn guest is not present within the allotted three (3) minutes, another entry will be drawn. This
  process will continue until a winner is declared

PRIZE

• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator, or Marketing Management will verify and process
  all payouts through Synkros
• The Cash winner will receive a printed voucher with the prize amount.
• The $20,000 Cash prize will be processed in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino payout procedures.
• Guests must redeem the voucher at the main cage.
• The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day.

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate
   in this Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2.  Must have a valid form of government-issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their
   Legacy Rewards Club account to claim the prize.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
   notice.
4. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
