Legacy Rewards members age 50+ will have the opportunity to participate in “Senior Day Everyday”, a
Promotional kiosk game available every day.
PROMOTIONAL KIOSK GAME QUALIFICATIONS:
• Age 50 or older.
• Earn 75 tier points from 8am – 11:59pm once per week Monday – Sunday.
SWIPE & PLAY:
1. Swipe the rewards card at the promotional kiosk.
2. Activate Senior Day Giveaway.
3. Choose one (1) of four (4) prizes.
a. 20% off gift shop on one (1) item (excludes tobacco products)
b. $20 Bonus Cash
c. $20 Food Voucher
d. $25 Bonus Chip
4. Bonus Cash will automatically load to the guest’s account in Synkros.
5. Food Voucher, Bonus Chip and 20% off gift shop Discount Voucher option will print directly at
kiosk.
6. Prizes will expire 24 hours after activation.
7. Patron is responsible for the voucher and cannot be re-created if lost.
MALFUNCTION:
In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the
malfunction cannot be resolved on the same gaming day, the patron will receive a manual voucher from
one of the four options at the Legacy Rewards station.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Promotional kiosk game participation is limited to 1 time per promotional week.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club
to participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
3. Must have a valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on
their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and
without prior notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino –
Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.
n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.
