• A Total of five (5) guests will be randomly drawn at 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm.
• All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
• Guests will have 3 minutes to report to Promotional Area in front of the Casino to claim prize.
• If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners are declared.
• Once all winners are present, they will be paid in the order they were drawn.

• All drawn winners’ full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
• Guests will have 3 minutes to report to Promotional Area in front of the Casino to claim prize.
• If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners are declared.
• Once all winners are present, they will be paid in the order they were drawn.

PAYOUTS

• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator, or Marketing Management will verify and process all payouts through Synkros.
• Winners will have a choice between Bonus cash or Bonus chips.
• Bonus cash or Bonus chips will be issued to the winner’s account through Synkros system.
• Bonus cash will be redeemed on slot machine.
• Bonus chips will be redeemed at Main Cage and played at table games.
• The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day.

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate in this Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have a valid form of government-issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards Club account to claim the prize.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
4. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
5. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction cannot be resolved promotion will be recreated in PKMS system.
