DETAILS:
Legacy Rewards members will have the chance to play “Getaway Giveaway 2025” Friday at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm to
win a share of over $158,000 in cash and prizes including a Jeep Wrangler and Trailer!
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legacy Rewards Members will receive one virtual drawing entry for every 20 Tier Points earned the day of
the drawing.
• Drawing entries must be earned on the days of the drawing between 8am to 7:59pm.
DRAWING ACTIVATION:
Entry activation will begin at 2pm on the day of the promotion. Earned entries will automatically activate
participation into drawings until 7:59pm, Tuesday through Fridays until March 28, 2025.
DRAWING:
• Drawings will be conducted within the Konami System
• Every Friday 5 guests will be drawn at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm to participate in the “Getaway Giveaway”
promotion.
• All drawn winners full names will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn and will
have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
• If the drawn guests are not present, additional entries will be drawn. This process will continue until all
winners are declared.
• Once all 5 winners are present and verified, each guest (in the order that their name was drawn) will receive
their prize associated with the time.
• Guests are eligible to win one “Getaway Giveaway” prize per drawing day.
• Winners are still eligible to participate in the “Getaway Giveaway” Grand Prize drawings.

PAYOUTS:
• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator or Marketing Management will verify and process
all payouts through Synkros.
• All cash winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
• Guest must redeem voucher at the main cage.
• Free play will be issued to winner’s account.
• The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day.

• March 28, 2024 Legacy Rewards members will have the opportunity to participate in our Getaway Giveaway Grand
Prize Drawing for a chance to win a Jeep and a Trailer!
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legacy Rewards Members will receive one paper drawing ticket on Tuesday – Friday to participate in our
March “Getaway Giveaway” Grand Prize drawings.
• Legacy Rewards Members must Earn 20 Tier points from 2pm – 7:59pm to earn a Grand Prize Ticket
and will need to claim, complete and enter their “Getaway Giveaway” drawing ticket at the Legacy
Rewards or Satellite Stations on every qualifying Tuesday – Friday, between 2pm and 7:59pm.
• Guests can purchase additional drawing tickets every Tuesday – Friday but they must earn the 20 Tier point
ticket each day to be able to purchase additional tickets.
(Guests must earn a ticket before buying additional tickets. If they do not buy them in the same
gaming day they earn, they will need to earn before buying more • Example: Guest earns a ticket with
20 tier points on Tuesday and buys 20 additional entries. Visits Legacy Rewards on Wednesday to
purchase 20 more additional tickets, they will be denied because they need to earn the 20 Tier Point
Ticket that gaming day to buy additional tickets.) This will help EMC reduce point liability.
TICKET ISSUANCE:
• Guest will need to visit the Legacy Rewards to redeem and activate their earned drawing tickets to
participate in the drawings.
• Prior to issuing the guest a drawing ticket, the Legacy Rewards Representative will verify the guest
qualified for the “Getaway Giveaway” grand prize drawing(s)
• Additional Ticket Purchases can be done at this time.
• All drawing tickets will be tracked, via Tour Listing, in SYNKROS. If a guest is already entered into the day’s
20 tier point tour they will not be issued a second ticket. Additional tickets must be purchased for 50
points, but only if guests have already earned a ticket that day.
• Guest will fill in the paper drawing ticket with their complete name and Legacy Reward Patron account
number. Once completed the date will be stamped in the tickets and it will be dropped into the drawing
barrel located in Legacy Rewards or Satellite station. Incomplete or illegible ticket will be considered
invalid.
• Guest may earn up to 32 paper drawing tickets (1 ticket per day Tuesday – Friday) during this promotion.
• Unlimited additional tickets can be purchased by guests.
• Guest must activate their entry tickets between 2pm – 7:59 pm on the day of the drawings.
DRAWING:
• 5 guests will be drawn from the “Getaway Giveaway” drawing barrel at 9pm to participate in the “Getaway
Giveaway” Grand Prize Drawing.
• Drawing winners will be announced over the PA system and will have 5 minutes to report to the
promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
• If the drawn guest is not present, or the drawn entry ticket is incomplete or illegible, another entry will be
drawn. This process will continue until a winner is declared.
• Once all 5 winners are present and verified, each guest (in the order that their name was drawn) will grab
an envelope containing a code. Each code will open a Box. Boxes will be numbered 1-5, each containing a
different prize. Each guest will try the box in sequential order from the order they were drawn until a
winner opens the first box and so on until all 5 boxes have been opened.

• Eagle Mountain Casino does not cover taxes, or applicable fees on the Jeep.
Malfunction:
In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction
cannot be resolved in the Synkros System, the promotion will be cancelled for the day.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in
this promotion.
2. Must have a valid a form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their
Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino
Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
