Details:
Every Friday in January, 2025 between 10am – 11:40am and 2pm – 3:40pm 100 entries per session will be available
for guests to participate in a slot tournament to win a share of ($13,000) in cash & prizes. Prizes will range from
($50 Bonus Cash to $1,000.00 cash). Top 10 winners will be determined through the Slot Tournament System.

Qualifications:
• Must be a Legacy Rewards Member to Register
• Must have Legacy rewards card and provide ID to register, participate and claim prizes.

How To Play:
• Registration will open at 8am for the 10am session and 12pm for 2pm session.
• Registration will be conducted at the Promotional Area located in the front of the casino. Guest
will be issued a wristband with a designated tournament time for their session.
• Tournament play will begin at 10am for the first session then again at 2pm for the second session.
• Each guest will play 1 (one), 1 (one) minute round on the slot game.
• The tournament will end once all participating guests finish their round of play.
• The top 10 highest scores of the slot tournament will win cash & prizes dependent on prize matrix.
Prizes 1-10 will be distributed based on their final tournament score.

Restrictions:
• Open to Legacy Rewards Members Only – Legacy Rewards Exclusive Tournament
• Guests can regsiter for Legacy Rewards to participate in tournament.
• Tournament is first come first served.
• Guest can only participate in this promotion 1 time.
• 100 Participants per session – 6 Rounds Total – 5 Rounds with 18 machines, 1 round with 10
Machines
• 2 Tournament Sessions – 10am Session and 2pm Session
• 10 Winners Per Session – 20 Winners total Per Day

Malfunction:
• In the event of a machine malfunction, the game will be cancelled, and the guest will be entered
to participate in another session.

General Rules:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in
any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy
Rewards account to claim prize.
3. All prizes must be claimed by 6pm on the day of the tournament.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior
notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino
Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
