Legacy Rewards members will have the chance to earn drawing tickets for the “Fat Tuesdays Giveaway 2024” Every day from January 15th – March 4th, for a chance to win a share of over $40,000 in cash and prizes including a CANAM RYKER SPORT (Estimated Value $12,499).
Drawings will be conducted with by Tables Games Management with the Drawing drum.
Qualifications:
· Must be a Legacy Rewards Member.
· Must have an active rating.
· Must have a minimum bet of $15 dollars.
· If all the above qualifications are met, they will receive a ticket to fill out and put in the drawing drum.
· Weekly undrawing tickets will be transferred from the Weekly Drum (Smaller Drum) to the Final Drawing Drum that will be drawn March 4th after the Final Weekly Drawing.
· Drawing drums will be located in the Pit area.
Hand Qualification:
o Blackjack – Any hand of 3+ Card 21
o Paigow – Full House or better
o Roulette – Winning Wagered 7
o 3 Card, 4 Card, UTH – Winning Flush or Better
o I Love Suits – Winning 5 card Flush or better.
Drawing Tickets:
Once all qualifications are met, a Pit Supervisor will issue the guest one ticket. It is incumbent upon the guest to fill out the ticket and place it into the weekly drawing drum. Guests can earn unlimited tickets throughout the promotion. After the weekly drawing, all undrawn tickets will be transferred into the Grand Prize Drawing drum to be drawn from on March 4th following the final Weekly Drawing. All drawing tickets must be in the weekly drawing drum by 7:59pm the day of each drawing
Drawing:
Drawings will be conducted by the Table Games Manager or Assistant Manager at 8pm Saturday, On the following Tuesdays: January 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25 and March 4.
Ticket Issuance:
· Ticket must be dated, legible, and filled out completely to be valid.
· Upon receipt, the ticket must be filed out and placed in the drawing drum in view of PIT Personnel.
· Any invalid ticket drawn will be discarded and the next person will be drawn.
· 7 guests in total will be drawn at 8pm. (49 total over the 7 week period).
· Drawing winners will be announced over the PA system and will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
· If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners are declared.
· Once each winner is present and verified, they will select a Mardi Gras mask to reveal their prize
Payouts:
Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator or Marketing Management will verify and process all payouts through Synkros.
· All cash winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
· Guest must redeem voucher at the main cage.
· Bonus Chips will be issued to winner’s account.
· The winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of the gaming day
General Rules:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in this promotion.
2. Must have valid a form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
