Every hour from 11am-1pm and 6pm-9pm, five (5) random Legacy Reward members will be drawn to win a share
of over $15,000 in cash and prizes. Drawings will be conducted within the Synkros System.
Drawings:
11am – 5 Winners
12pm – 5 Winners
1pm – 5 Winners
6pm – 5 Winners
7pm – 5 Winners
8pm – 5 Winners
9pm – 5 Winners
Qualifications:
• Guest will receive one drawing entry for every 10 Tier Points earned the day of the drawing.
Drawing Activation:
• Entry activation will begin at 8am- and end at 8:59pm on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Earned entries
will automatically activate participation into drawings.
Drawing:
• 5 guests will be drawn at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm.
• All drawn winners full name will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
• Guest will have 5 minutes to report to the promotional area located next to the Yokuts Coffee House.
If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until all winners
are declared.
• Once all 5 winners are present, each guest (in the order that their name was drawn) will win a prize.
Payouts:
• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator or Marketing Management will verify and
process all payouts through Synkros.
• All cash winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
• Guest must redeem voucher at the main cage.
• Free play will be issued to winners account.
• Winner’s report will be submitted to audit by the end of gaming day.
Malfunction:
In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction
cannot be resolved in the Synkros System, the promotion shall be cancelled for the day.
General Rules:
1. Participants can only win once per drawing day.
2. Drawing entries are not transferable.
3. Prize denominations will range from $250 Free Play -$1,000 in Cash
4. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to
participate.
5. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on
their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
6. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and
without prior notice.
7. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to a promotion.
8. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino –
Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
