12 Days of Christmas

Details:
Monday – Thursday Legacy Rewards members will have the opportunity to participate in our 12 Days of Christmas (Hot Seat Drawings) and win a share of $120,000 in cash and prizes!

Drawing
1. A Total of sixteen (16) guests will be drawn daily, every Monday – Thursday from 6pm-9pm.
2. During the drawing times of 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm, four (4) qualified random Legacy Reward Members will be drawn per hour to win corresponding prizes.
3. Prizes will be issued according to the prize matrix corresponding to the position they were drawn (1-4). Prizes range from $250 Free Play up to $750 Cash And $500 Free Play
4. Guest must be actively playing with Legacy Rewards card on any slot or Table game from 6pm to 9pm.
5. Hot Seats drawings will be conducted within the Konami Management System.
6. All drawn winners full name will be announced over the PA system in the order they were drawn.
7. The drawn guest has 5 minutes to report to promotional area located next to Yokuts Coffee House.
8. If the drawn guest is not present, another entry will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner is declared.
9. Once all winners are present, they will be awarded prizes in the order they were drawn.
10. Guests may ONLY BE DRAWN ONCE PER PROMOTIONAL DAY.

Payouts:
• Legacy Rewards Supervisor, Legacy Rewards Coordinator or Marketing Management will verify all winners and prizes prior to issuance.
• All cash winners will receive a printed voucher with their prize amount.
• Guest must redeem voucher at the main cage.
• Free play will be issured to winner’s account.
• Konami winners report will be submitted to audit by the end of each gaming day.

Malfunction:
In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction cannot be resolved in the same gaming day, the promotion shall be voided for the duration of the day.


GENERAL RULES:
1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards to participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
2. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Rewards account to claim prize.
3. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
4. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
5. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.

f. Membership benefits and points are non-transferable.

h. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunctions, operational errors and/or fraud.

i. Accounts with 6 months inactivity will be considered inactive and all points and comps will be zeroed out.

j. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
