The Season 2024-2025

Every week, qualified Legacy Rewards members can compete by picking one team from each NFL game that they believe will win. The weekly picks will coincide with the NFL schedule. Picks will include the Thursday night game to begin the NFL week, Saturday games (if scheduled), Sunday games, and the Monday night games to end the NFL week. At the end of each week, the guest with the most correct picks will be crowned champion. Guests will have the opportunity to win a share of over $100,000 in cash and prizes. This fully automated Pick‘em style football game will allow guests to swipe their Legacy Reward card at the promotional kiosk and place their picks.

Qualifications

Guest can receive 1 swipe per week when per week when earning 100 tier points.
Tier points must be earned on a single day of play (12am to 11:59pm) between Monday (12am) and Thursday (5pm) each week.

Beat “Eagle Mountain Casino” Bonus Prize

Legacy Rewards Manager or Legacy Coordinator will compete with casino guests weekly by picking one team from each game that he/she believes will win. At the end of the week, guests with more correct picks than the Legacy Rewards Manager or Legacy Coordinator will be awarded $20 in Free Play. Weekly prize winner’s 1st Place – 20th Place are excluded from this bonus prize.

Tie Breaker

The point difference total from all winning picks will serve as tie breaker. Point Difference is calculated by subtracting the losing score from the winning score on all winning picks.

Example:

Player “A” picks Dallas to win

Dallas 50
Las Vegas 10
Point Diff 40

Player “B” picks Los Angeles to win

Los Angeles 20
Denver 19
Point Diff 1

Player “A” is awarded the win due to a higher point difference.

If the point difference is even, the second tiebreaker will be the entry time of the picks. The guest who entered their winning picks the earliest will be awarded the win.

Weekly Winners

Weekly winners and the winners of the BEAT “Eagle Mountain Casino” BONUS PRIZE will be posted every Tuesday at Legacy Rewards. Guests will have 6 days (Until Sunday 11:59pm each week) to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be voided. A winners list will be submitted to the Audit Department at the expiration of each week’s prize claim deadline.

Payouts

Payouts will be processed through Synkros.

  1. Guests must claim their prize at Legacy Rewards.
  2. Legacy Rewards personnel will verify winners through PKMS reporting.
  3. Legacy Rewards personnel will print and verify the cash prize voucher prior to issuance.
  4. Cash voucher will be redeemed at the main cage.
  5. Bonus Cash will be issued directly to player accounts.

Promotion Rules

  1. Guests must have a valid ID and be a member of the Legacy Rewards Club.
  2. Guests can only win once per week.
  3. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  4. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for any prize reimbursement resulting from configuration error or software, hardware, or machine malfunction.
  5. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible to compensate or make up for any season interruptions or season cancellation, for any reason.
  6. Eagle Mountain Casino is not responsible for misplaced receipts.
  7. Tampering with the swipe play and win software or the promotional game kiosk(s) is strictly prohibited.

General Rules

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older and a member of the Eagle Mountain Casino Legacy Rewards Club to participate in any Eagle Mountain Casino promotion.
  2. Must have valid form of government issued photo identification or have a scanned valid photo ID on their Legacy Club account to claim prize.
  3. Entry tickets may not be transferred from guest to guest.
  4. Eagle Mountain Casino management reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  5. Gaming Commission will be notified of any changes or cancellations to this promotion.
  6. In the event of a dispute, all decisions will be made in accordance with Eagle Mountain Casino – Casino Operations Policies and Procedures, section 8.7 Guest Disputes.
Malfunction: In the event of a malfunction, the promotion shall pause until the malfunction can be resolved. If the malfunction cannot be resolved, the promotion will be cancelled for that gaming day.

k. Multiple cards may be issued. However, any guest found committing fraudulent activity may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

l. Rewards card are for the sole use of the individual to whom it was issued. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with all Eagle Mountain Casino policies. Any other use may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding rewards and privileges.

m. Tier points are used to determine membership status.

n. Tier status is valid for the calendar year it was earned.

o. Reward points are NOT earned while using free play.
